Clare Anderson

Clare is a full time circus trainer at the National Centre for Circus (NCCA). She is a Trainer for The Roundhouse Street Circus Collective and founding director of Aerial Days.

Clare specialised in Aerial Performance for more than 25 years, consults on aerial work for such companies as the RSC and choreographed the aerial for an 2012 Olympic project ‘Godiva Awakes’. She is a qualified aerial rigger, was a rescue climber on the London Eye, is a qualified yoga teacher who is passionate about using the knowledge to help students use their bodies holistically. Clare is currently cowriting a manual for how to teach aerial for NCCA.  

She has performed with outdoor touring companies, in traditional and contemporary circus, opera, theatre shows, cabaret, clubs, cruise ships, festivals and TV & film. Performed for royalty, with Westlife (Pop Band) and co created the Silks duet, Gazzelle, with Genevieve. She was a prize winner at ‘La Piste aux Espoir’ circus competition.

Genevieve Monastesse

Genevieve has been teaching for more than 25 years including Circus Glory in Primrose Hill, London. She is a well respected teacher on the NCCA Degree Program and with many private clients. Genevieve studied circus skills, music and theatre in Montreal, Canada and early in her career she performed for two years, with the company that became Cirque du Soleil. 

She toured USA as a tightrope walker and later moved to London as a model. Her high level trapeze skills landed her as an aerial stunt double for Kate Moss with Rimmel. Pop videos include George Micheal, Films included Ella Enchanted and A True Story.

She performed and co created the silks duet, Gazzelle with Clare. She has worked in theatre and opera including The Bartered Bride at the Royal Opera House in London.  

She performed for many high profile events all over Europe including charity events for Amnesty International.

Sam Cater

Sam specializes and enjoys teaching aerial hoop with Aerial Days. She likes to experiment with dance and gymnastics then apply them to the hoop. After graduating from the National Centre for Circus Arts she toured with the Batman Live.

Training in Gymnastics, Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, African Contemporary, Street Dance and Breaking has seen her performing in music videos, commercials.  

Sam enjoys life drawing and photography alongside her circus career.

Natalie Gail

Natalie is currently completing her degree in Circus Arts at NCCA. Previously she performed for event companies, nightclubs and even a national tour in the States

Since coming to London and teaching with Aerial Days, she also continues to work in the States as a contributor with Dragonfly Aerial Co and is featured in Rebekah Leach's new Aerial Sling Manual and website. She also worked for Barker Creative as a model.

In her free time she enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors and tackling any challenge.
