All of our trainers are ABCD certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.




Clare specialised in Aerial Performance for over 25 years. She now teaches circus full time. She is on the Degree Core Teaching Team for the National Centre for Circus (NCCA); Trainer for The Roundhouse Street Circus Collective. Clare is currently cowriting a manual for how to teach aerial for BG and NCCA.  

She consults on aerial work for such companies as the RSC and choreographed the aerial work for an 2012 Olympic project ‘Godiva Awakes’. She is a qualified aerial rigger, was a rescue climber on the London Eye and qualified as a yoga teacher.

A prize winner at ‘La Piste aux Espoir’ circus completion in Belgium performing doubles trapeze, she went on to perform Aerial all over the world. She has worked with outdoor touring companies, in traditional and contemporary circus, opera, theatre shows, cabaret, nightclubs. on cruiseships, festivals and TV & film. Performing for royalty, with Westlife (Pop Band) and co created the Silks duet, Gazzelle, with Genevieve.



Genevieve comes from Montreal, Canada where she studied circus skills, music and theatre. Early in her career she performed for two years with the company that became Cirque du Soleil in Canada.

She toured United States as a tightrope walker and later moved to London as a model. She continued her successful career as a performing aerialist including as a Kate Moss stunt double for Rimmel, George Micheal pop video, films – Ella Enchanted and A True Story.

She performed trapeze to a high level, co created the silks duet, Gazzelle with Clare, worked in theatre and opera such as The Bartered Bride at the Royal Opera House in London.  

She has performed for many high profile events all over Europe including charity events for Amnesty International.

Genevieve has been teaching for nearly 25 years including classes in Primrose Hill which she set up and runs childrens parties through her Circus Glory company. She is a long respected teacher on the NCCA Degree and with many private clients.




Sam specializes and enjoys teaching aerial hoop with Aerial Days. She likes to experiment with dance and gymnastics then apply them to the hoop. She studied Circus Arts at the National Centre for Circus Arts and after graduating she performed as circus ensemble performer on the Batman Live World Arena Tour and at events around the UK.

Her training in different styles of dance such as Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, African Contemporary, Street Dance and Breaking means she regularly works as a backing dancer. 

She uses all her skills in her appearances in music videos, commercials and her work as an extra. Whilst in secondary school Sam was a member of the Holland Park Gymnastics Team were she competed in floor and vault in the London youth games.

She attended college of North West London were she studied photography and life drawing.
