Aerial Experience Events!
The Aerial Days Circus Workshops and Parties for your group of up to 18 people. Adults or Children from 8 years old. Our unique facilities in North London have permanently rigged Aerial Equipment and Safety Mats. These facilities are ideal to tailor your Aerial Days workshop for your requirements. The length, skills and number of participants can be personalised for you to create your ideal aerial workshop.
We have 7 Circus Skills to choose from:
Trapeze, Hoop, Silks, Rope, Juggling, Hoolahoop, Circus Skills.
The Structure of your Aerial Days Experience
We start with a Health & Safety briefing and then into the group warm up, We may play a game and then warm the body, mobilise the joints and get ready for aerial and circus work.
We will then divide your group into groups of 4*, 5 or 6 and begin with the first rotation of skills. The groups will then rotate through the chosen skills completing 1-3 rotations. The number of skills your group experience will depend on the length of the workshop, number of participants and skills chosen. A 1 hour party will be 2 skill rotations, 3 skill rotations for a 1.5 or 2 hour party.
After we complete the rotations, we conclude with a chance to try your favourite skill again with some ‘practice time’. Then into a cool down game or exercise to close.
* 7 years old and under we will have groups of 4 maximum on the aerial equipment. Total in the workshop is 12.
Duration
Children's parties can be an hour or longer on Saturdays. Fridays or Sundays will need to be 1.5hours minimum.
Adults may want to do 2 hours or 1.5 hours.
The 2 hour workshop will be a great opportunity for a larger group to experience more circus skills!

Sundays 2024 & Dates during School Holidays will depend on availability and by agreement with the venue. They are 2 hour minimum.
Food and Drink
All workshops include fruit juice and water supplied during the workshop.
Nearby there are quite a few restaurant and food options. Including the Oak Tree Cafe across the road. Or on Swains Lane/ Parliament Hill, or Lauderdale House, if you wish to combine food, drink and circus party!
Sorry, No bouncy castles or loud music.
Be aware the whole venue is a nut free zone and upstairs in the gym is not wheelchair accessible.

Give an Aerial Days class as a gift for an active or Aerial curious friend! They can choose when and which of our scheduled classes to try. We recommend Trapeze, Hoop or Aerial Conditioning for a brand new Aerial Student. Experienced Aerialists can also choose from Straps, Rope or Silks.

Private Classes
Whilst another class is happening in the space on Mondays 7.30-8.30pm or Wednesdays 7.45pm/8pm
£70 per hour - 1 person
£80 per hour - 2 persons
Private hire of the space - Saturdays 2-3pm. Friday evening TBC.
