Covid-19

All participants should read and adhere to our covid-19 procedures. Parents and guardians agree to abide by these conditions for every class they send the child to. Adults have signed an Aerial Days Pandemic Risk assessment and waiver at the start of term and sign in each session agreeing to abide by the conditions below.

  • Do not come to our classes if you or anyone from your household or who you have had contact with are showing any signs of illness, or have tested covid positive.

  • We ask you to sign in before you come upstairs. We ask you to sign a declaration of health and waiver.

  • Please sanitise your hands, when signing in at the bottom of the stairs, before entering the building.

  • All parents, friends and family members are asked to wait in the courtyard, though not before 6pm on weekdays.

  • Please observe all the social-distancing in the space and while waiting in the annex and courtyard.

  • Please bring minimal belongings. All shoes, bags, jackets etc will remain in the annex area. Only valuable items can be brought into the gym.

  • Shared rosin may not be available - small socks of rosin will be available for use during class.

  • Cover any recently healed cuts or wounds to prevent them reopening.

  • No food or open drinks, are allowed in the gym. 

  • Whilst in the building, wash or sanitise your hands before you go on any of the equipment and regularly throughout your class/session.

  • Each person will have their own piece of equipment for that session. Please stay on your piece of equipment.

  • At the end of your session please wipe down any mats/equipment you used with our sanitising wipes or spray and cloth and dispose of waste in bins provided.

Cancellations & Refunds

Adult 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 week courses, Youth Termly courses & specialist workshops can be refunded at least 8 days before the start of the course. Cancellations less than 7 days before the start of term, 50% of the termly fee will be forfeited. After the term has begun the full fee will be forfeited. Gift Vouchers are not refundable.

Refunds will incur a transaction fee of £2.50 for single classes and 5% on unused carnets/class passes, courses and workshop deposits. Partially used courses and carnets are not refundable.

An Adult no show, sickness or a cancellation of a class pass or single booking, less than 24 hours before the class, will be the same as an attended class.

If a class within a 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12 week course is missed for any reason, it is not refundable or transferable.
Only if requested before the course can we attempt to sell your class space for you and give you class credit. If we sell your space for you, we will sell our own class spaces first and then yours.

Workshops & Parties

£100 payable to hold booking. Remaining fee payable 15 days prior to the workshop.
Refund of Deposit/Fee available at least:
60 days prior to workshop 100%.
59-30 days prior to workshop 75%.
29-15 days prior 50%,
14 days or less the deposit is forfeited. 

Sunday workshops incur a £130 surcharge imposed by the venue.


Class Pass /Carnet Conditions

The 10 class pass adult carnet is valid for 12 months, the 4 class pass is valid for 6 months. A no show, sickness or a cancellation of a class pass/carnet booking less than 24 hours before the class will be the same as an attended class.  
A class pass holder can book classes when/where spaces are available in courses.
There is no refund on remaining classes in a carnet, once a class pass has its first use. Partially used class pass can be transfered to someone else. A refund can be made on an unused carnet within 7 days of purchase.
We will suspend a carnet for illness or a future prolonged work absence. Contact us to discuss.
