5 Aerial Days!!

We will work on having fun while developing Aerial and Circus skills!

We will play games, do aerial conditioning circuits, aerial/circus obstacle course and work on the Aerial Apparatus. As well as each day we may try hoola hoop, diabolo, juggling and plate spinning, handstands and acrobatics.

Aerial skills can be trapeze, hoop, silks or rope. In small aerial groups we will create Aerial sequences. We will build strength, do body conditioning exercises and develop flexibility in a fun way!

Groups will be as close to age and skill appropriate as possible!
